Call for listings of Dance Activities

Dance Ontario is asking for your help in providing us with a list of the yearly dance activities in your community.

As the dance service organization for the entire province of Ontario, we would like to establish an ongoing relationship with the art councils we have met throughout our past initiatives such as 3x3x3 Dance, Dance Animation, and most recently the Dance Ontario Dance For Youth Forums. In turn, this will help to promote your initiatives and events, and engage interest from members of your communities such as students, parents, venue operators, and dance presenters.

Please take a moment to familiarize us with your annual planning for dance activities in your community. These can include any or all of the following:

* Festivals
* Musicals
* Visiting dance artists performing and/or teaching workshops
* Extra-curricular dance after school
* Dance in curriculum
* Student matinee field trips [please tell us who the artist and/or presenter is]
* School dance recitals
* Competitions
* And anything else we may have overlooked.
