Certification opportunity for Volunteer Managers, Coordinators and Administrators

VIK/VILA is pleased to announce an upcoming certification opportunity for Volunteer Managers, Coordinators, and Administrators.

Course: Volunteer Manager Certification Course

Certification: Sir Sanford Fleming College

Date: Semester One – May 21, 28, June 4, 11

Content: Semester One – Introduction

Semester Two – Fundamentals

Semester Three – Administration

Semester Four – Field Placement

Field Placement component 10 -20 hours depending on current working position.

Location: Volunteer & Information Kingston – CAR

Time: 9:00 – 4:30

Minimum: 10 participants

Maximum: 20 participants

If more then 20 participants register for the course, a second day will be hosted which would include May 22, 29, June 5, 12.

Cost: Each semester (3 in total) $350.00 including

snacks/lunch
